Actually, in the new Batman Adventures comic they did get to share a cell. :-P Only Ivy may or may not have been a clone at that point...

Ooooh, yeah, because Ivy needed a human to breathe for her, right? That was so cute and *__* and OTP! *squee* I don't care if she was a clone, it's OTP anyway. 
Yup, that's quite right. It was adorable. Even if clone!Ivy did maul Harley earlier in the issue. (but hey, that's positively romantic compared to some things the Joker gets up to...)
