I just bought points with my card and used the points to get the subscription, didn't have a problem. The point rate this time around is fair, rather than the usual $1=100 thing
tried that too, checkout doesnt like my credit card for some reason.
If you have paypal hooked up to your card and/or money sitting on a paypal, that also works for points since the transfer will be instant. Sadly that's about all my ideas :'D Hopefully they either get back to you quickly, or still allow the promo when they DO get back to you since it's an issue on their end
I'm holding on to hope that I hear back from them soon, crossin' fingers
