Yup. Been a fan of the Battletoads since I first found the game, and Rash is my favorite of the trio.
i only really noticed/liked him in killer instinct but i watched a few battletoads speedruns.
I've yet to play the KI game he's in. It's on my list of things to do.
I've almost finished the NES game, too... I can consistently get to stage 12, but have yet to ever beat it.

Yep. It's one of the games on the NES that defines "NES Hard". First 2 stages are fairly easy, then stage 3 ramps the difficulty into overdrive midway through, and it only gets worse from there.
