Thanks, Wayne, I appreciate the support.

Yeah, I've got a couple of problems with the idea of hiring an attorney. Court is really the opposite of the direction I want this to go -- I want this situation to get better for everyone, not harder and more stressful. I realize that in the long run it's possible that I could receive cease-and-desist letters from the ASAN attorneys, they could potentially even attempt to bring us into court again over this article, and I'm prepared (unfortunately) to defend myself in court if I have to, but I'm really hoping that cooler heads will prevail. In the end, all I really want is to be heard, to know that ASAN has a plan for dealing with these kinds of problems, and maybe an apology. The apology would be nice, but the plan is what's really important.

Another way to possibly retaliate would be to contact a newspaper. Tell the story on a larger scale. You may have to share a few more details than you did here, but from time to time public scrutiny helps. What I'm saying overall is if you want a different outcome then where you are currently at you are going to have to try means which are outside your current repertoire.

 I know. I've thought about the newspaper... I could try the papers in Dayton and/or Cincinnati. They may not bite, but I can't know unless I try it. I'm going to work at social media a bit first and see if there's any progress.

Thanks, Wayne.
