Such a tough witch ! She looks like Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project xD She has an interesting design, I love her grumpy face and the artillery.. Pretty unusual for a witch 
Grumpy design came from the original, which I really liked and tried my best to do my own version of. The owner asked for her to be flying in the air and causing explosions so I instantly thought Izetta, hence the gun and plane.
