Undertale has:
Story that makes no fucking sense.
Music that's only Half decent
Sprites(yes I know its a retro game) that are absolutely fucking shit.
AND to add to that the community is full of retarded nine year olds who just pick shitty memes to paste as undertale "trash" and shove the game in your face and say basically "undertale is the best game ever and if you don't agree with me I will rape your babies" and they fucking make porn.
REAL fucking great game.
if you want an actually GOOD game look at something like Oneshot maybe.
