It's the same if you think about that YOU need to present an ULTIMATE evidence to make clear that your defendant isn't guilty but the prosecution can just say "He did it because he has a motive" and it's fine. xD'
That really enraged me in Apollo Justice when Machi was accused to be the murderer. EVERY idiot should be able to think that a small boy couldn't carry a man like LeTouse around but just because he was lying next to the corpse, he was guilty. xD' weird.
