Oh no, looks like i stumbled on this thread again while re-visiting zodiac portraits... looking back, it was unnecessarily mean of you to resort to ad hominem so quickly. I didn’t insult you or anything; I was pointing out the inaccuracy of the claim that the sun, moon, and ascendant account for the majority of one’s personality.
Anyway, i decided to look more into astrology ever since then out of curiosity. I learned about the workings of the inner/personal planets, the outer/impersonal planets, and the generational planets and how they all work in tandem with each other to give certain characteristics and qualities to someone’s personality and life aspects. However, the problem is it still doesn’t seem to properly assist me in understanding my real self, which has eluded me for so long partly due to anxiety issues. I don’t think it’s fully accurate either, which is only to be expected when society as at large is taken into consideration. Not everyone will relate to their chart planets and aspects because there is something beyond all that, which, from above, ties the individual components of the chart into a single cohesive unit. And yet there seems to be no given label for it. Could we call it the divine? Aether? Gravitational force?Higher dimensions? Either way, it still affects people, maybe some more than others. And astrology doesn’t really acknowledge that. Btw, speaking of spiritual matters and all that, i suggest reading about draconian astrology, which shifts your entire chart to 0 degrees Aries, so that the House placements don’t change, but the planetary ones do (unless you were actually born with your north node in 0 degrees Aries). Your draconic chart is commonly said to be the chart of your “innermost soul” and that some people who are tuned into their spirituality find they resonate more with their draconic for this reason.
Idk, addressing your previous comment about how planets in diametrically opposing placements lead to trouble, I don’t think that’s necessarily the case. True, those planets get somewhat debilitated as a result, but ultimately it also depends on the influences of the aspects between those and other planets. With that said, I now viewed my whole chart:
sun = gemini
moon = gemini
ascendant = sagittarius
mercury = cancer
Venus = gemini
mars = gemini
jupiter = Taurus
saturn = taurus
uranus = aquarius
neptune = aquarius
pluto = sagittarius
north node = cancer
chiron = sagittarius
What do you think this means? Just asking for more input as to its interpretation
