Yeah, as far as I know it did not have a sail (or there is no evidence for it). Tupandactylus imperator does kind-of the same thing though and did have a "sail" so there's always that. And yeah, even if some animals did not have snazzy soft-tissue stuff there also seems to be an increasing amount that did.
