Suspension looks strange, I'm not sure how it's gonna work. I guess you wanted "French scissors" here. Hull look German and welded. turret is a strange mix of German (side hatches, for example) and BT-42.

Kinda, yes, but you are right, they would need a slightly different shape in order to work properly.
The hull is a mixture out of German and Soviet (and eventually British as well). About the turret, I had these in mind but I added some other details nonetheless.
