The story seems interesting so far. You misspelled deceased in the first caption, by the way. I hear that photoshop can convert images into halftone, but I don't have the full version of photoshop so I can't comment on how effective that is. Open canvas has some simple dot tone patterns you can use too. The trial is free. Hope that might help?

Im not really familiar with what youre talking, but by judging the way you do comics and the looks of this one in particular, I'll take my chances by guessing you do it in Deleter? I dont know. >__>;
maybe its too naive of me to suggest this but, Have you tried to save the jpeg first then shrink it on PS? I mean- if you really are into tones and such ( cause i like tones, and im very into weave intrincate, yet unnecessary ways to render artwork.). Anywho nice stuff as always. (:
