jip. every month at EXACTLY the same time a bill would arrive, stating an exact calender month of adsl connection @ 54kb/s at the best. whether the connection was live 24/7, was not taken into consideratioon at ANY time. fuckers are milking us dry. or were. ... grrrrrrr.

Hmm had alike problem with previos provider. Tough in my case it was easyly corrected after first such accident. Tough i needed to call them each time when connection is down. Then they substract down time from bill... Somtimes i was too lasy to call :) And my curent provider does not fall. It's 2 years now and it was down only 3 times for some 5-15 minutes... Incredible isn't it :D
