Comment on CMT iPhone icons by RuizDesign

One question, since I am thinking about making some....what is your weapon of choice? PS or Illustrator? I was thinking that mine would probably be a hybrid of both. Making a lot of it in Illustrator, and then taking it to PS to add the finishing touches and exporting a good optimized PNG. Let me know, would love to hear your thoughts.
