Yeah, same here. He actually has a background and reason for being there and everything. His story's sad, too. I'm a sucker for sad pasts. I think they'll bring him back though; he was created by Kubo afterall, he just never had the chance to appear in the manga. So I doubt they'll just forget about him. If anything, they could use him in the fight against Aizen, at least.

Gods I hope they bring him back to fight Aizen! I really want to see his true strength and his released form. And I totally agree with the whole background thing; I don't think they would have gone into so much detail with him if they were just having him for, what was it, 2 episodes? *crosses fingers*
