She is extreamly beautiful and i love her dress. The design and everything is so amazing. Did you design the dress? it is purely outstanding. I agree with the flying-wish-dress thing, omg i could not do that (hmm... can i fly? XD)

I don't know much about the era, but it seems you have pulled it off well. The shade looks well with the character, giving her a very regal and creepy air about her. The mood produced reminds me of the manga "The dreaming" (not that i'm comparing your work to it's but it did remind me of it)
It's all a very striking effect, very well done.
