The axe is a fireman's axe, there is a canister with the radiation symbol on it near her feet, her belt is all glowy, there is still an identification tag on the baby's arm, there is a dressing on the lady's neck and she's in the ruins of a city.

The lady worked on a hospital in the clouds, because you can see her hospital symbol on her shirt and she also has a bluetooth headset so she can get doctor-y calls. Well one crazy weekend she went to rave, thus the red glowy-stick thing, and got real messed up on drugs, which is whats in the container she has. Drugs. So while she was on drugs she ran around and found eldorado, city of gold, and stole the baby, thus the gold bracelet. After that, the vampire police of eldorado caught her for a sec and bit her on the neck. She got away, and put a bandage on her neck, and went to canada to hide. While in canada she took more drugs, and a little after that the vampire po-po found her again, so she ran. And the vampire police only look like that because thats what they lookk like in her eyes cause she is on drugs.
Also she is leela's sister from futurama, cause of her bracelet. This would make her a mutant, so she prolly has an extra arm or something under her cloak...
Am I right? 8D
