yeahhhhh, there's lots of vitamins. I saw some B12 vitamins at target, but my dad and others said I should try taking a multi-vitamin instead of just one. I need to do some searching lol.
If possible get vitamins based more on herbs and organic materials. If the government lets meat through the system the way it is, think of what they put in the vitamins.
Just don't go straight back to meat if you ever decide to again. Work your body back gradually or it could make you sick or even shock your body from the excess protein.
