I haven't seen it yet, but I think I'll be disappointed. I don't care for the idea that a single (crappy handy cam) recorded the entire events. It feels like another Blair Witch(which was fail), lots of blurr, lots of screams. :c
I liked Blair Witch actually :c
I watched it when I was younger, too, I actually thought it was real >XD
But yeah, liked the handy cam kind of thing they used in that movie, and actually that's exactly what made me curious for watching Cloverfield.
Crappy handycam makes things seem to be more realistic, somehow >XD
Don't critics actually watch the movies before making a criticism? You're kinda doing it wrong. Watch the movie first then you can confirm if it's as shitty as people say it is.
I haven't seen it but I'm not going to pass judgment.
Because there weren't huge gore scenes in it and the only female didn't show her boobs! And there wasn't a sex scene in it either. So that immediately disregards the suspenseful storyline and God forbid the audience had to use their imagination.
I thought it was a good movie but hey, that's just me.
I thought so, too :c
I actually liked Blair Witch project a lot.
You don't really see anything but it creeped me out a lot when I watched it for the first time >X]
I think it was a great movie, and definatelly something different from the usual horror movie stuff
(also, I'm skipping a lot of comments; pleas eno cloverfield spoilers, it hasn't hit the cinemas here yet, and I'd love watch it unspoilered :c)
Yeah, its not out in the UK either. In fact, I hadn't heard about it until I saw people talking about it online.
Blair witch scared me a lot, but I think it might have had something to do with the fact that I spent a lot of my teen years wandering about in forests and camping out in them with friends

Yeah, looking forward to that movie.
