And when finished it's a useful height comparison chart also?

Essentially. I tried to get it so everyone was to scale in terms of the heights I imagined them to be. Takako being the tallest followed by Jessica, then Aliedah. The shortest being of course Mackenzie since she's also the youngest of the cast. A running gag in the series for Jessica for example is due to her being taller then most of the girls in the school the cast attends is she's nicknamed 'The Fiery Amazon' cause of her long red hair along with her height. Though nobody really says it to her face or they receive a pounding. Actually, Victoria, due to their rivalry will call her 'Amazon' on occasion when they get into it.

It's important to know where they all stand height wise. For my comic I made most of the characters the same height for the sake of simplicity and the height range is small because otherwise with my panel size when Linus talks to Lilly somebody's head won't be on panel.

Well, with my project most of the characters are close in height. The ones that aren't I try to make panels involving them talking to others differently set up.
Truthfully, planning out panels on pages is such a pain sometimes. Mine are simple small box, small box, long bos, big box or something that extent compared to a lot of the more dynamic box stuff I see used in comics you find in shops.

Mine is three panel page with occasional one and two panel ones but it is a serial style joke/drama strip.
