there are sooo many things i absolutely like about it. like the softness of transitions between elements and grunginess and stuff. woot

I'm just gonna take a guess here... do you use the smudge tool? 'Cause this kinda just looks like your other work, jut without the smoothness.
I think it looks finished. It;s rough, true. But rough can still be nice. Man, i sound like the expert on roughness now.
Anyway, once again your shading is right on the mark, and it really shows the shape of the face. I liketh!

Thanks Ayem! I use the smudge tool to blend some things, but I use different brushes with it. I have a cool one that smudges things to have a cross hatch texture and another one specifically for hair. Most of the blending I just do with the paintbrush though
