Comment on Floral Brushes by Soul-DJ

I really like this. I can't use it, though, since I don't have that program, right? So, can I use it with PaintShop Pro instead? Lol, sorry for sounding like an airhead, but I've never used brushes before. Please reply to my inbox. Thank you.
