I knew that it was a genjutsu from the start. I mean, do you REALLY expect Kishimoto to ruin any part of his precious over-powered sharingan haxor Sasuke-kun's body? (yep, I'm just OOZING sarcasm-and YES I definately dislike Sasuke...for many legitimate reasons). Although I was also hoping that the genjutsu would also trick Itachi into taking his own eye out while thinking that it was Sasuke-now THAT would have been more interesting...but whatever :(
