What in the world does the electric eraser do?
*spiderguile:iconspiderguile: Mar 4, 2008, 2:08:27 AM
you can sometimes draw with it, but you gotta have some serious skills to perform feats like that!!!

Dude, those eraser pens are the best invention since beer:lolly:
If you promise to keep a secret I'll tell you something magical about them. If you take the lead out of any Prismacolor colored pencil, you can place it in the pen and have a mechanical colored pencil of your choice. Each click will make it advance. To much pressure when drawing may push it back in the chamber, but its nice when you're to lazy to sharpen, or for big washes of color.
SSHHHHH don't tell:b0x0rz:

How does the electric eraser work? I've been thinking of getting one but as it's rather expensive I've been waiting to see what's really up with it. :D

Cheers!

ya know, I love the sakura, it was one of my absolute favorite tools, but mine broke on me a while back. One day I was in staples and saw this Staedtler brand electric eraser for like 11 bucks, and I bought it, and to my suprise, it works just about as good. so you got all the nice qualities of the sakura, and you dont have the heartache of loosing your 60 dollar electric when the motor craps out. haha

Sakura erasers are the best! they're pretty pricey, but man are they worth it. Other than an electric eraser that plugs into a wall, these are the best.

I use most of those tools as well, except the electric eraser...I've always been curious about them though.
