Wow! I'm a student in animation at the Art Institute of Seattle and I gotta say that this is a hell (can I say that?...) of a lot better than anything I can do with traditional pencil anims. Nice work. How long did it take you? How many frames?

If you wouldn't mind a critique: I do a lot of 2d animation, and for a swift running motion this is, in my opinion, far too slow. I'd suggest to try shooting it at 30 fps (which is a more common standard than 24), and/or to take out some of the unessessary inbetweens.

I dont mind critique at all ^^ And yeah, I know she is lol XD I either need to take out the in-betweens, or I need, more than anything, to "stretch" her out more. Her back also doesn't have much motion... oh and my stretch out more, I mean her paws need to be reaching further and when her feet come together, she should be more arched....

Uhhmm... 8D Thank you very much! It took me about... well ok, I redrew this several times, but not because the run was wrong... I kept trying to draw straight through, and I kept loosing the proportions, so I asked the teacher and he said to try and do some small key frames, and then draw the inbetweens, which helped a lot. I really just sketch these drawings out fast... so finally to get up to this, it took me about... oh say... 2 hours tops? a bit long, but I am getting faster 8D

You can say hell XD I cuss like a sailor lol.

I am a freshman at Minneapolis College of Art and Design ^^
Oh, and the frames... there's only about... 12 frames? yeah, that's it. 4 key frames, 2 mini frames in between each, including the very end to make it look to the first keyframe.

Oh, but when I fix her up and put it all in the animation for class, I will probably speed her up and see how it looks 8D I'm sure it'll look a lot nicer. I dont have too much time to re-draw it again though lol XD

I still lol. I meant for it to be a... nice decent run/swift movement... and she just looks like she's galloping XD or trotting or something. She is going way to slow.
