well i think this one for an example would make a great tattoo on the arm, maybe near the wrist. because of its quite clean lines and shapes it could be scaled down a lot, so it could make one of those cool tiny tattoos that peek out from somewhere. 
as for 'how' to make it into a tattoo, hehe, well you just have to find a tattoo artist for that.
