I like doing realism, but not of myself I prefer someone with more defined features, and generally men.
I used HB pacer for the initial lines, and 7B for the shading, plus smudging Some pencil brands have different oiliness though. I use Faber Castel because it's not as waxy and doesn't shine so much.
