i do a great deal of PhotoShopping myself, and have a ton of pictures on my computer taken by both me and others. i have not once had any problems with my Mac, and when i had a PC i nearly died.
why?
Vista killed me. killed me and my very little respect for PCs. i couldn't do anything. i had to CONSTANTLY reinstall my program because it kept crashing. it stopped responding so many times i just gave up.
i had XP at home for some time, but viruses killed it. the end.
so yeah. that's why Macs are better. you must have gotten some pretty sucky Macs if what you're saying is true.
