Thank you for the critique! Thanks for the compliment (I really just did start off drawing). And actually there are tails on the underside, or at least thats how I meant to draw it. Thanks though!

It doesn't look too bad, especially since you're just starting out with drawing! (I assume...forgive me if I'm wrong.) ^^; I think the tail is too thick, though, and the long feathers on the tail look like they're on the underside rather than on the sides as they would be in real life (most likely). Feathers from the side are hard to draw, but they would look something like this...
