i love the pastel tones. i love ur work in general. 
I love every littles details on this picture. From the dirty hand to the clear and perfect cigarette to the blury blue background. Everything id well placed and the general feeling of the picture would make you think that cigarette may actually not be a bad thing. Well done.
If I was the one who had taken this picture, I would Have tried to add more of the blue background at the top of the hand. Add more lenght to the picture but keep the hand at the bottom of it.
Overall, this is an excellent shot !

If I was the one who had taken this picture, I would Have tried to add more of the blue background at the top of the hand. Add more lenght to the picture but keep the hand at the bottom of it.
