Ibaragaki used to be a lot more complicated; a gauntlet sort of thing that fired thorn projectiles. You might remember that he used to be a Vizard too, but I scrapped that. Don't want it becoming too commonplace, which is the same reason Saburo is my only character with Bankai.
As for my Arrancar, yes, he'll be next. I've been putting it off for a while now, because I couldn't nail down a good design.
