I think it's almost fitting with a "long time, no see". It's been months since I commented on your submissions D:
Now, trying to make up for it by sounding artsy fartsy; I think it's very interesting to be presented to this side of your artistic abilities. It's also very refreshing to see something else than character designs, especially from someone with such understanding for environment and objects such as yourself (do I get my A+ in brownnosing yet?).
I think the colouring of the objects (models?) is what makes this piece stand out from all the other still life I've seen. It's much lighter, and it's much easier to see the form of the objects. They don't fade into the background to become hard to define, if you know what I mean (if you do, I'll applaud you. My ability to write foreign languages is failing). For some reason, I can see this fitting right into the background some kind of French graphic novel.
As for the theme; I like it. It's a nice contrast you have there between the kiwis and the thorn things in the back (is it some kind of antlers?).
A continuation of my unexpectedly-popular guide on Mary Sue prevention. Feedback and support is completely welcomed! Thank you all for your support so far.
