well, harry was saved by a pheonix in the chamber of secrets. and he was healed in goblet of fire. It was the patronis that dumbledor cast and if i rememebr correctly, he was more interested than anyone to unite all three hallows. There were only 2 others with the same goal... and both had "bad" motives behind it, where as dumbledor understood the tale. perhaps it wasnt a tribute to harry potter as much as a tribute to albus.
