Unless I missed a passage in deathly hallows ther is a huge plot hole in ther as far a we know Cadmus NEVER had children(the woman he was supposed to marry died rmember?) So how is it ever possible that the Resurrection stone came to one of the Slytherin line?

It's true, I don't really know how the stone got passed down. Maybe Cadmus married and had children, but he never really married is wife.
