It looks really good. My only complaint would be the word bubbles. The mix of hand drawn, digital, and partially digital is noticeable and that detracts from the image. Unless you have "sound effects" in your text generally you want the word bubbles to be unobtrusive so they don't take away from the art. If you want I can tell you the technique I use which I learned from another artist on a forum. I know that hand drawn text and bubbles can be a good way to keep a visual theme but as your ovals are almost as bad mine you may want to stick with the tools also.

K. With Photoshop its easy to do, you just need to make an oval and a square. You use the transform (t) command to resize the balloon and then you make a small rectangle. Transform the rectangle and drag out one of the corners by holding down (alt I think) before dragging the corner and just point it at the person speaking (you can use the pen tool to change the shape of the tail). When you are done combine both layers and finally use the stroke command to make the black outline. Anyhow, I hope that's helpful for you.
