Hmmm... I am not sure. I know you can get gun licenses (don't listen to the propaganda Americans will try to say how guns are ILLEGAL or whatever), but you do have to go through several months of training before you are allowed to have a gun and use it. Also you are allowed to own and shoot antiquated weapons in Norway. Flintlock pistol, here I come! Flintlock weapons are so incredibly pimp!
