when i see a sketch. shade lines. tiny hand smudges, that wonderful shade of gray that comes from the pencil. it just always got me
hell i got to the point to where when i decided to color shit, i tried finding ways to keep the sketch-ness that was there when i first scanned it.
not saying its superior to inked or that inking doesnt require a good bit of skill, its just that sketches are one of those things that give me an art-boner[bad choic of words but still the best way to describe it]
