The Imperial Guard description definitely needs more. I mean, you gave every other race a fairly long description - you even made Orks longer! All the Orks need is a few lines about how they have green skin and fight everyone, and then you can take off for lunch. And with the Imperial Guard, you talk about how they give up their lives by the billions, and thats cool, but it's like you forgot the one thing that keeps them from sucking: THE TANKS. All the Imperial Armor and all the really big guns. Plus, but there should at least be something there about the Commissars.
