This looks fantastic! Really nice job on the shading on both of their clothes; I have a really hard time keeping it in a consistent style/ making it look like it 'fits' with the background but you've really got it down.

Wow. This is impressive. The first thing I noticed, was the background. I think it looks really pretty. The water, the sand, the rocks, the air.. Really good.

Then I read your artist's comments and learnt you're practicing using your tablet. I must say that your lineart is already looking good right now, and that I really hope you feel/will feel confident about it.

As for the chars, I noticed it was Bleach's Ishida immediately. He just looks like him xD So you did a good job! And your OC looks very cool. I think both of them came out great, and I do see how detailed you actually drew/coloured them.

So.. Keep it up! (:
