I bet there are people who have managed to sneak a camera close enough to you to be able to take one or two shots... 
A few... and they almost all look like the ones in this manip. And of those rare few that did manage to catch a truly candid, unobstructed photo... well, let's just say they won't do that again any time soon! (Aww, who am I kidding - I'm so NOT intimidating, even if I try - haha!)

Why not face your fear with using your own photos? Maybe another project perhaps? Not that I'm complaining, since this entry rocks and you did use my stock. . . 
Ahh, but I so enjoy using all the wonderful stock that's available! And I'm saving all my "immersion therapy" for more worthwhile phobias, I guess... there are bigger things worth getting over than being anti-camera (like the possibility of a "world chocolate shortage," for example 
)
