This website is pretty impressive, though those quick links are kinda popping too much. The links at the top are great and would be more visible if those quick links matched or had a similar styled button.

personally i don't like the yellow and green banner, it doesn't go with the content. if i'm the who choose the color scheme it will be brown and ochre just like the color of dirt. I love the rough edges though.
