It is so organic, but superficial at the same time.
The organic being the nature of how fabric relates to the body, and the superficial being the satin or shininess if the fabric.

I also really like the way you have framed it, as it make your eye move around the picture.

I am also a big sucker for red fabric, so it wins on all accounts in my book.
