its a great style :) love the start menu.

I wouldn't recommend people use vistaglazz though. Its not at all stable and there are lots of examples of it screwing up people's windows installation.

Just manually patch the three dll files (google "uxtheme patch for vista sp1") instead.

the aero theme looks really good, the basic theme however...could use a little work in my opinion, it looks rather akward.
