Awesome! I'm a great fan of all things Nurgly, and I just love the dark, sinister atmospgere oozing from this pic.
The hood/hat has a nice, realistic texture, and judging by it, this is no mere cultist, but probably, an Apostate Preacher, not less

The only crit I have, is that, jundging by where his nose begins, his eye should be positioned higher. And more closer to the nose.

None the less, this is a great work, certainly worth of a fave for conveying the feeling of rot, disease and hoplessness)
