Right there with ya. I like the b&w one as well. Even if the client wanted full color, and all this and that. There was just soooooo much stuff they wanted crammed into the background, and much as I enjoyed drawing each of the elements-- it felt a little too claustrophobic.
Less was definitely more to me... but I think they may have thought I was just trying to get out of doing more work...
