And about the bad variety of characters... Serai, Chronos, Stifle, Dyrak, Manuel. None of them even know about the others.

No, Snide's mother doesn't but their father does. Their father have the eyes, the hair and the evilness, so if Lucas had the same mother as Snide as well he would get those few things he didn't get from the father - like the height and the prettyness.
