Ariel's was on her high school swim team, so she's a little toned. Plus I like drawing women with a little muscle tone anyway. 
And I couldn't get Sam's sunglasses to look right, so I ditched them. Plus, they covered his eyes, so they would have obscured part of his 8) expression while looking at Ari.
