THIS IS NOT TRUE! Why? Because not only is Bella definitely NOT ANYWHERE NEAR that cheerful she is devoid of any other emotion other than feeling sorry for herself, fawning over Edward, and being a complete and utter sociopath towards anyone that's not Jacob or Edward (not to mention she has super low self esteem issues) until the fourth book where she pretty much gets forced into having emotions because of her transformation, Kristen Stewart was truly an exceptional choice for the role of Bella.
Actually when you think about it, maybe Kristen realized how much of a two dimensional character she was. (So bad that the paper she was written on has more dimensions than her.) And portrayed the character perfectly. She isn't a horrible actor, she is bloody Brilliant!
