Three things comes in mind at the first sight. The way you do hair, nose and shades overall. I have been desperately trying to do nose just with shades only, just like the way it is in your picture. Okey there is a small piece of lineart, but the shape and everything is made just using shades, and to be honest I think that's very hard. Congrats for doing it effectively Another thing is hair... I think it differs from the usual way you tend to do it. I think it looks more lively that way, but the lightings are seen to obviously from it. Blurring a bit more wouldn't hurt I think And the shading overall... darn I'm so jealous to that skill of yours. I can't see the light and dark spots in my works, so they end up being weirdly shaded, when in the other hand yours are just how they should be. Everything just matches perfectly. The way you do eyes is also pretty neat. I'm always trying to do them too hmm... professionalistic (is that even a word o_O), when your eyes are just simple looking and wonderful.
