The box probably was designed by a separate company. It's unlikely that the pizza company would make their own boxes. I reckon you'll need to find out who they got their boxes from.
Yes. I'm sure they would have used a design company not inhouse. I'm on the case though. They've ignored 3 emails now, so im planning my attack!
