OH! I KNOW I KNOW!!! It's from the chunin exams in part 1 of the show!!! All Neji would talk about back then was how impossible it was to break away from fate, until Naruto made him realize during the finals that this was incorrect. More specifically, Naruto's line (according to the dub): "You can do it too because, unlike me, you're not a failure."

Normal is boring, Weird is life My Photography is moved to ~photoangel0921 I am an anime fan. I used to be a major shipper but i grew out of it...somewhat.Go Neji! At least he supports her! He's a good guy at heart. ^^ All he does is care about her. That's a good cousin. Though, they act more like siblings. ^^ So, good big brother.
Man, am I glad I don't have to deal with someone like Hiashi...for now.
